Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
Although I have only been Moderator for 0 weeks, I am already a Super Admin on TTT so I know most ULX commands already so I have my experience from there. I have also gained trust in most of the murder staff aswell since I used to be a Super Admin on there. I never got an official warning as my time as staff on murder.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate time to use the ban command is when a person has 11+ recent punishments. I would tell them that there next recent punishment would lead them to being banned. They then would proceed to a break a rule so I would ban them for a day(longer if they had been banned already).

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would first ask the person on steam to come onto the zarp ts server. Once they're on that, I would then ask them to come onto the murder server and once the person is on that then I would give them both the ts badge and the moderator rank in-game. I would the send the link to the Staff Ethos. After that, I would ask them to open the ULX menu in-game and then I would run them through the commands. First, I would tell them about psay and how it can be used to chat with people privately along with asay and how it is used to talk with other staff. I would then tell them about mute/gag along with tmute/tgag and how it more useful. I would then show them the slay command and how should be used when somebody kill an innocent bystander/ RDM's. I would also tell them that they should try to ask the person why they killed an innocent before slaying. I would also tell them that if the person is already dead, then they should do !warn 'Player's Name' RDM instead of slay. I would then proceed to tell them about the teleport commands and how they should only be used when a player is stuck somewhere in the map and then finally the kick command which should be used when somebody has a disrespectful name or is caught using hacks. Finally, I would then show them the F2 menu which is used to handle reports that other users send.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
After looking at the appeal, I would go onto the murder server and reduce his ban trusting that he regrets his mistake. Then I would tell the staff member on how to ban people better. I would then proceed to tell the banned player that if they were caught cheating again then the ban would be permanent with no chance of coming back.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
Well it has been over a month since I resigned from murder but now that the server doesn't have any Super Admins, I thought that I might aswell come back and try and help out the server again. I did a good job as a LT member on the server and since I have enough time, I might aswell do it again.
