Explain "Random Death Match"
"Random Death Match" or RDM, as it is most commonly known as is when a player kills another with no RP reason or RP interaction.
Example
Jim Hey Kevin guess what.
Kevin what ? .
Jim Your dead. (Kills Kevin)

Explain "New Life Rule"
"New Life Rule" or more commonly known as "NLR" is when a player returns to his/her place of death or close proximity to where they died before the timer runs out. this is breaking NLR.
Example
Player 1 raids Player 2's base and kills player 2. Player 2 then decides that he doesn't want his printers to get stole so returns immidetly to his base/place of death before the timer has expired.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First off I would TP the player that made the complain (Player x) to a rooftop as to not be disturbed. I would then ask player x his side of the story before TP'ing player y. (this stops yelling over each other) after player x has explained his side I would TP player y over to get his side of the story. after listening closely to both sides and using the log as a guidline I would promt both players for proof, if no proof is provided (in most cases) I would urge booth players to record next time as I cant assume what happened as I might be incorrect and punish incorrectly, if proof is provided a warning will be issued, and if there are no more f1's I would spectate player y for a few minutes. (this is a good strategy as he might try again)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Both would be TP'd to a rooftop, both sides of the story would be heard, I would explain that the log shows 2 kills close to each other. if the player did brake NLR he would be issued a warning and I would ask him to explain the NLR rule as to make sure he understands. If he didn't he would be sent to spawn to read the rules. Proof is also a question that should be askt at some point in the sit.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):

I belive I should be chosen to be a part of the Zarp staff team once again as I have a simple reason. I enjoy doing it. I was previously a staff member on zarp (Mod/admin) and I have a ton of experience in dealing with players and rule breakers and always delt justice fair in game and developed a relationship within the community as a trusted mediator to situations. When I was part of the team I was constantly on duty and had a good f1 count and was active everyday. I have been perm banned 3 years ago for prop spam. this was a bad decision and I belive I have served that punishment. I would like to point out I have never been accused or demoted for abusing powers and never had a complaint about my conduct in game. My activity is slow atm as I am sure someone will point out but if I am granted Moderator again I can assure my activity will sky rocket, I am making this application so early on as I enjoy playing zarp best when I do the thing I'm good at, serving the community to keep it fun for all. And I do not think my current activity (which is going to improve) should forecast the effort I put in as a staff member in the past.
