Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would warn(text) him to stop doing it and if action continued - mute/kick.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would find out what the exploit is so we could fix it, warn the person not to do it and eventually if he continues kick/ban.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
The term ghosting is simply when 2+ people team up to find out the murderer/bystander with gun etc.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I'm not playing Garry's mod from a long time but I have experience in administartion and ownership and I adapt to environments quickly. I know how to take decisions for the greater good.
