Thanks for your post. We've just checked your account and can see that you Booster Packs have been purchased successfully but you haven't claimed them in-game yet. If you're not seeing them in-game yet after re-joining you should make sure your Steam profile linked to your ZARP account is the same one you use to play on our servers.
