Due to the extent of his rulebreaking, and the fact that I've already had to discuss the Jack situation with him recently, I have decided to accept this ban request and place a 3 day ban for the following rules:

1.7 - Harassment
Harassing anyone, staff or not is not allowed. This means continuously annoying someone when they have/or a staff member has told you to stop. When they stay stop, stop.

1.9 - Racist, Sexist, Homophobic or Generally discriminatory language
Any language used that falls under these categories is strictly not allowed.
