If I do witness it myself tomorrow after work, I'll make sure that this stops once and for all. If you, however, can find me a SteamID, I'm willing to investigate and tell him calmly that this needs to stop ASAP.

However, do not worry. Either way, he will need to stop if he does not wish to be banned, like my colleagues told you. Everyone deserves to have fun under the rules on our TTT server.
