Actually raeker, in the specific report that I dealt with, Alpha1 was a detective and I am fully aware of how rule 2.2b works.

If I recall correctly if alpha1 was a detective then he would instantly order TheWankBank to come to the tester and if he wasn't, then he would tell a detective the TheWankBank was acting very suspicious and alpha1 would get that detective to force TheWankBank into the tester. I do not recall dealing with a report in which Alpha1 directly forced TheWankBank into the tester as an innocent.

Alpha1 was intentionally attempting to ruin TheWankBank's experience on the serer and was acting very immature about the matter.

Anyway, when he is detective this is completely allowed under the rules
