I did witness this, and Alpha1 was clearly intending to infuriate this particular player in an unfair manner. After KOSing him, when they were both dead or alive he acted immaturely, made jabs and comments meant to frustrate TC. I had to warn Alpha1 verbally through psay to stop hounding TC as he was clearly getting upset by it and asking him to stop whilst trying to remain calm. He'll definitely be kept an eye on in game.
