Niko can be a bit of a minge and rulebreak if he feels like he doesn't have to care about anything. But when he applies for staff and is a staff member, he does the exact opposite, and does his best to show his dedication to the server and the community.

The criticism that I often see used against him is "Whenever you apply and get staff you resign after a few weeks". Although this is true, I don't see how that is an argument against him as staff. During those few weeks he still does a good job, and having staff that actually do their job is more important than having staff for a longer period of time that don't.

Niko deserves staff. SSRP needs people like him, and I'm 100% sure the staff team will not regret it.
