If you feel like you need to time farm to do your job, it's becayse you aren't enjoying the gamemode or the stsffing. My genuine opinion is take some time away, maybe a week and try and reform yourself to the better you so seek, trust me, some time away will work it's magic, then come back when you feel like you are ready to commit and be dedicated towards the server
