After speaking with both members I have decided to accept this appeal. It was explained as "a reflex." Muffin did apologize, but what he did was inexcusable as he is a staff member and should know the rules on how to handle different situations such as this one. When asked by Muffin to Satan if there was anything he could do, Muffin gladly said he would accept the punishment that is needed/brought to him.
