Biggest issue for you that I can see is the attitude I was online on the TS3 earlier when you and others were ummm how to put it "messing around" and I feel that the disrespect etc that was shown towards other staff members isn't acceptable for someone in the position you are applying. Combined with 2 days of activity I see you as a wild card and cannot support you
