Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

A situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be if someone mass RDMed then left upon being reported or confronted, counting as leaving to avoid punishment, or LTAP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello, I have noticed that I banned you for hacking.
 
May I make this very clear, this is something that is not accepted on ANY ZARP service.
 
However, due to your apologetic nature in this appeal, and since you have been banned for a decent amount of time now, I feel as if you should be unbanned. I will remain in contact with the staff member handling this appeal, and mention this, as I can't handle an appeal for my own ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I'm doing my best to improve my standing in the community, shown by my current applications for General Discussion and Deathrun Admin in hopes of helping the community. My judgement in handling reports is very strong, and I do my best to handle them with the utmost quality while maintaining a strong quantity. I'm active on TTT and do my best to help out the server, and teach new players how to play. I am an ex-TTT Administrator of 2 times, showing that I am experienced with such a position. I want to help the server as much as possible, and I would be able to help to a higher extent while possessing the rank of Administrator.
