As far as I am concerned you are simply doing a splendid job as an admin. you're active on all three platforms (IG, forums and TeamSpeak). Furthermore you don't seem to have any problems when you need to state your opinion while discussing about a controversial topic. My only concern is the fact that you don't use a microphone. I know you have the ability to become a great Lead Team member, however not using a microphone will give some practical issues, which you are well aware of.
