After talking with everyone relevant to this I have decided to accept this. This wasn't a huge rulebreak and it has only affected Thomas by taking 20hp away from him. When Thomas made the F1 he made it clear that he only wants the staff member to talk to Grumpy and not to hand out any punishments as it was a minor thing. The last time Grumpy was warned was in early December and he apologised for what he did. A simple talk could of resolved the entire problem. The staff ethos advises admins and moderators to don't hand out punishments for minor incidents that a talk can resolve. If he would of been ignorant and rude this would be different. The warning was valid but not necessary. If this happens in the future again, Grumpy will be punished harsher (e.g..: with Jail). Have a nice day!

I will contact a HA+ to remove your punishment if I can't /unwarn you, and you may use this as evidence for your warning being removed
