From the time I've spent with you on the server, you seem to hard press issues that from your point of view are as straight forward as they can be (A complex situation involving you being RDM'd as an example) But, something you will need to learn is that while it might of been as straight forward for you, it usually won't be for us, and it's not that we don't believe or trust your word, but we as staff members cannot just believe everything and anything someone says without knowing full well that what they're saying is without a doubt 100% true, which will always include proof or another staff member as a witness to your claims.

Personally, I think you'll get more accustomed to things as time goes on, which is why I would like to see another week of you. As you've had some problems with others in the past, I'm not completely certain on you becoming a staff member at this time.
