Personally i think you need more time as you have being gone for nearly a whole year and quite a bit has changed in that time. Apply maybe in a week or 2 and i think you will have a higher potential. I have not being around much however due to irl stuff but if you are active on forums and continue being active on TS and including your input a lot in meetings you will have a high chance of being accepted.
