Big man harry! You are certainly very active on the server and have shown your dedication. You only recently came back to the server and there are a few admins that have been working very hard to reach this position and i think it would be unfair to support you over them. Don't get me wrong you are lead team material and you will eventually get it if you keep up the good work and get a bit more time in as well because like i said you have only been an admin for a week. You stand out quite a bit and so do other candidates but you haven't shown your leadership skills as much as the rest. Over all just improve on the points i mentioned, keep up the good work and activity and you will one day make it to the lead team! Good luck anyways !
