I believe having an American forum staff member could greatly help the forums. I believe there are better candidates for Report Abuse and Server Apps, but if I were still forum staff you would get my vote for the SSRP section. Having someone on the lookout at an entirely different time of day when most people are unable to for one of the bussiest sections on the forums seems like a great idea to me personally.
