This would normally be way too many for a new mod and you should be banned, if they were actual punishments. However most are not, you have 6 freezes from Harry for no reason and 4 freezes from TTR for no reason, on top of that TTR also gave you a gag and a mute for no reason. For those who are not good at quik mafs that means that out of your 19 punishments only 7 are actually valid, which is still a lot. Personally i would like to see you wait until your recents have expired as 7 is quite a lot and i want to be sure that you can follow the rules. Also can we please stop freezing people for no reason ty <3.

As for your application its OK but there are some issues. For your first KOS example the act of throwing a grenade is not always KOSable, throwing grenades far away from players is completely fine.
