I have discussed the appeal with Harry and together we came to the conclusion that this punishment was a bit rash. The user had left the server by the time that Harry handled the report, and we both agreed that a chat should have been opened in this situation to determine whether or not this was actually RDM. It could have been that you joined a gun fight, which is what Harry originally thought, but as the user could not confirm that and it was impossible to tell by the logs, we both agreed that your punishment can be removed.
