Your application is a bit on the short side but will do, only thing i will say is that for a first time mic spammer i would argue that a gag is enough and a warn would only be needed if they continue after being ungagged. As for in game your attitude is OK but you tend to talk a lot which is fine but do bare in mind that it can start to annoy other users, although they can still mute you so there isn't much of a problem.
