A few problems with your app:
1)Mods can't ban players
2) You haven't given an example scenario about what ghosting is
3) if you were mod, why would you report the ghosters to an admin instead of trying to solve the problem yourself?
4) You havent effectivelh explained what ghosting is and makes me question your knowledge of the rules and the gamemode.
5) if someone was exploiting wouldn't you verbally warn someone to stop exploiting and then if they don't stop you would punish
6) I'd recommend a first mute of 3 minutes before going up, with a verbal warn being recommended bjt not necessary depending on the severity.
7) Didn't you try for TTT mod a bit back then gave up the first time you got denied? That doesn't show very much dedication
8 ) Correct me of i'm wrong, but weren't you banned from deathrun recently?
