As others have said you are a friendly and dedicated staff members.
But some things you can improve on:
Teamspeak activity: Just poke people if you can join, or just talk to different people and staff members. Communication is a thing that is great to a team.
Forum activity: Just post in different things, like things regarding Prop Hunt(might be difficult because that section isn't the most alive), and just post on different posts to show that you are active.
In game activity: Just play a little more on the server
