Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal Howaboutthat11. After looking through all the evidence provided and talking to both Seagent and Dodo i have come to the following conclusions:

1.Your warn will be removed. Given your multiple apologies in game and nature of the situation me and Dodo both agreed that the warning was overly harsh and was not needed. We understand that mistakes can happen when you are getting shot and for the sake of 7 damage a warn will not be necessary.

2.Your mute will also be removed. After talking to Seargent about this, being muted for calling him "salty" was not nearly bad enough to need to be muted for without any prior verbal warnings.
