While I can't say much simply because of our timezone difference and when we actually see each other on, I can say this. You do a great job as an admin, I personally haven't seen you do anything that's led me to believe otherwise on the server, but there's something I will mention.

The fact that you were trying for two LT positions in one week seems a bit extreme, and makes me question the resolve you'd have as a LT, and especially for the TTT server.

Other than that fact, I've never had any type of issue when it comes to your staffing, and personally I think you make a great admin, but I'm not sure anymore than most others who see you every now and again, just because of the difference in time-zoning. :c
