Your activity could definitely be more consistent but it is good enough. As for recent punishments you currently have 3, 1 for micspam and then 2 from TTR, one being a gag for boy! and the other being a freeze for no reason. As i have stopped looking at any punishments given by TTR you currently only have 1 recent which can be overlooked.

As for your application there are a few things i want to address because it could be improved:

1.I just want to point out that killing team mates does not always mean it was RDM, an innocent player could find a DNA scanner and end up killing multiple innocent players because of it.

2.For your 3rd acceptable KOS it would help if you gave a scenario. As of now i could look at it in 2 ways, first someone has started shooting you so you shoot them back or secondly a player has started shooting someone else and you shoot them, making it joining a fight.

3.Your 2nd unacceptable KOS reason is wrong. If a player is said to be proven normal KOS rules still apply. For example if i find DNA from an innocent that leads to a proven player i can still kill them for it, there is no rule saying i need to ask them why they killed an innocent and my punishment for not paying attention would be karma loss.
