There's a lot of which you can work on, starting with playing on the server more, because while we don't require our staff to be on everyday, they do need to be active enough to where bringing them on will do more than just add another person onto the staff list. I would say if you do that, getting roughly about two weeks of consistent activity on the server, you may then reapply, but I would highly recommend that you take the time to properly fill out the application fully as sections aren't completely, and it is rather short.
