Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel like I did a really good thing to the community, helped a lot of people and stopped a lot of rulebreakers, learned to help people as my best as I can, regardless of the time and place.I always want to be positive, and professional to all the players and staff.Moderator learnt me a lot of new skills for helping players in rulebreaking situations.Also, I'm trying to do the F1 in the most professional and mature way I can.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So the worst one was where people were arguing how there WARN was not needed if they clearly RDM someone,and that player Y accusing player Z, had clear proof of player Z Killing him with no reason at all,also had some guys start mic spamming me and telling me I'm gonna get demoted for a really bad reason that was like one of my hardest things to handle as a Moderator.
If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:[/color]
Hello (Players Name) congratulations on becoming a Moderator!
So (Players Name) I will be training you on becoming a ZARP SSRP Moderator, I will give you a quick guide on how everything works, commands, menus and item(s) you got!
-MENUS-
F1 MENU
So first of all if u were a normal user u could use F1 to make play reports on players.After becoming a moderator you will not be greeted with that instead u will be greeted with a Menu for STAFF
There are 4 tabs on the F1 menu, I will go one by one and explain them to u!
Admin request tab, Here you can see the Player reports on different users.To keep them all in order please do them in order from TOP to LAST priority
Warnings, These are the warning given by our fellow staff members!
Logging, In this tab u will see the LOGS of the server(Deaths, Kills, Car Scraps, Name Changes and a lot more)this is the main thing u would use if u were doing a sit.
Active NLR, This tab will show you what player on the server has active NLR, it will show u the duration and the District where they have NLR.
F6 MENU
In the F6 menu, u can look at the players Rapsheet even if they're not online at the moment, using their STEAM ID.It will show there (Warns, Kicks, Slays, Bans and Mutes)
COMMANDS
ALWAYS BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER TO USE PLAYERS STEAM ID AND NOT THER NAMES AS IT CAN CAUSE ISSUES
/tp COMMAND
The /tp command teleports you to the location of the location of your crosshair pointing at.
/goto COMMAND
The /goto (Players STEAM ID), will teleport you to a specific player.
/bring COMMAND
The /bring (Players STEAM ID) command is for bringing players to your location.
/back COMMAND
The /back (Players STEAM ID) command is for teleporting players to there last location before you teleported them to the sit
/warn COMMAND
The /warn (Players STEAM ID Reason) reason, is the command used to punish players for breaking a rule(s)
/unwarn COMMAND
The /unwarn (Players STEAM ID) is used to remove a players punishment you have placed them,keep in mind after 30mins or 1hour u wont be able to unwarn them u will need to get an SA or HA to remove them!
/slay COMMAND
The /slay (Players STEAM ID Reason) is used to slay(kill)a player whos breaking NLR and won't leave the Death district.
/freeze COMMAND
The /freeze (Players STEAM ID)is used to freeze a player if he's trying to run away from a sit, or stopping them in the act of rulebreaking.
/unfreeze COMMAND
The /unfreeze (Players STEAM ID)is used to unfreeze the player u have previously frozen for something he did.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello, Player X, I have handled your ban appeal, and I took my time to read it out.I have decided to reduce your ban to 1 week because this is your first ban.For the period of the week your banned for take your time to read the rules once again an think what have you did, and if u will do it again.Don't do it again, cause it could be worse next time!
Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
So in the span of being a moderator, I have learned a lot of new things and how to handle situations to keep the community nice and a better place for new players coming every day.I usually do all the F1's I can, the 1st second they pop out in the F1 menu.And if I was to get admin some F1's I could do even quicker than now with all the now commands I will get(scamming, prop block)without to call higher up staff to help me finish them.So as fast as possible I would do the F1's faster and in a more better way!I'm usually on at the day, but also at night when most of the rule breaks happen, at night not many admins are on that are not AFK.When people would mass RDM, prop block, and mass RDA I would do them as fast as possible to not ruin the RP of other innocent players that are trying to have fun.I don't have any recents and no official warnings, I have close to 2 months of constant activity.I would like to make this community more alive and so other people would leave it because of the rulebreakers, and minges!
