Not only do you not have the recommended 2 weeks of activity in the 4 days that you have played you have 3 recent punishments, which is too many in my opinion for anyone going for staff. I recommend applying when you have more activity, or when your recents have expired which will be in about 2 weeks.

Edit;You currently have 5 recent warns and 3 freezes from TTR with no reason given.
