It is clear that you want to get Lead Team so bad, for some reason. If you were 0% selfish, cared for the server, loved Staffing and ready for a promotion, you wouldn't be so desperate to get it. The fact that you go to every single Lead Team member and instead of discussing with him about the Server and/or asking him questions, you ALWAYS bring up that you got suicidal issues, that you are a "waste of space" and complaining that you will never get promoted because you are an idiot, is simply pathetic and I personally would never want someone in the Lead Team like that. I mean, Lead Team is called LEAD Team cause our job is to Lead other staff members. How the fuck are you going to lead other staff if you don't even believe in yourself? How the fuck are you going to resolve situations, speak up in the meetings and state your opinion if you think that everything you say and do is wrong? That's the reason you keep getting denied and because you can't change in 1 day like you think you can, I suggest you wait some months or even years so you become more mature and ready physically if you can't do it morally(hope that makes sense cause my english is shit, but you get the point). I can tell you that in a few years, your brain will evolve so much, that you will be a whole different person. Some people are extremely mature and "Lead Team material" from a very young age, but some others need some time. You got to accept that fact and move on cause noone is perfect.
