I know you can be a great staff member, you've done it countless times in the past. You also know you can be impulsive and fly off the handle when things get stressful. I think part of that has to do with age and it's something you'll be able to better control as you continue to live your life. We all have our faults, I say this because I'm not targeting you or trying to knock you personally. Just want to show everyone has room for improvement and you've done a damn good job so far with it. With that said, I really do think you can do more good for the server as an admin. I hope you're given an opportunity soon to prove us right.
