Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Back in early december when I was a moderator, I learned quickly, knew all the commands, when to use them, how to handle appeals correctly, etc. That is one of the reasons I think I am able to staff on ssrp again.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Back when I was a moderator, I encountered alot of weird/annoying obstacles I had to work around.
There were multiple people breaking rules at the same time, while I was one of the only staff doing something about itæ
Which required me to freeze them all using the tab menu, which took alot more time than it should of.
I was moderator all alone one night, and had to deal with mass rdm + ltap situations, which was hard to do without admin powers.
Anything else, not really, I cant really remember that well 5 months back.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Welcome to the staff team, and here are a couple of commands which will come in handy during your time as SSRP staff here at Zarp Gaming!

This is the F6 menu
In the F6 menu, you can see players recent punishments, which will come in handy while figuring out what to do with them after a rule has been broken.[/b]
Tab Menu
In the Tab Menu, as a moderator, you can give out punishments such as :
"Kick" Which disconnects a player untill he rejoins the server
"Mute chat" Makes the player not able to use the chat box using Y or U
"Freeze" Which freezes a player for the set ammount of time
"Slay" Kills the chosen player
"Mute Globally" Which mutes the player globally
"Mute" Which mutes the players mic untill you unmute, or the set timer runs out
"Teleport" Which teleports the chosen player to your crosshairs position
"Goto" Which teleports you to the chosen player
"Bring" Which brings the chosen player to your position
"Back" Which teleports them to their previous position or spawn
The F1 Menu
In the F1 menu, you go to handle your admin requests, you can see the priority of the F1s (Always prioritize the top one)
Which staff are handling them
When the F1s were created
Etc
You handle an F1, by right clicking on the F1 with the highest priority, and you can choose between, "Handle this" or "Discard as spam or abuse"
You also have to attend to your first meeting, and feel free to attend to all meetings. Meeting every saturday 7:00 GMT +0
At your first meeting, you can vote on the new moderators!

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After reading through your appeal, I have noticed that I banned you.
And after taking a look at your recent punishments, I have decided unban you
When you get back on the server, I suggest you read through the rules, and keep them in mind
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
Currently have 21 f1s done since Saturday when I got mod.
Ex SSRP Admin x3
Behaviour has changed
currently an ssrp mod.
No recent punishments
Never abused when I was SSRP staff
Was a decent staff member
I am more trusted
Friendly
Decent activity
Attitude has changed
And overall my attitude and personality has changed for the better
I have showed alot that I regret the stuff I did back in before my CM bans
