I have witnessed Capone encounter the craziest of storms. He has been battling with the waves since day 1 and hes struggling. With this promotion to Quarter Master he will no longer struggle to survive. I think he deserves this because he has been loyal to Captain Chute for a long wave of time and not joined any other community. He has slain many ruthless pirates and stolen plenty of plunder for the rest of the crew.
