Where are you getting the idea of workshop addons? I do have standards you know.
My job as a Server Owner, and what is required of me is to get the server to a high ranking and keep it there. That is what the Community Team expect of me. It is only personal whether a Server Owner actually cares about the users on their server and whether or not they're enjoying it. In order to keep the community running, is has to be paid for, and from a purely business standpoint, the idea is for that to be made back and go into the community to keep it running, which can only be done if there are players on the servers. You may think it seems like I don't care, but I do, I am merely saying that you think my servers will die if I were to get SSRP Head Admin, however you seem to have broken from this point into telling me something seemingly unrelated. My servers will not be dying if I were to get other ranks, and if that were to become a concern, I would not put a second thought into resigning on other servers to focus on my own, especially Prophunt and Murder. Believe it or not, I do work hard on my servers, and both Prophunt and Murder had huge amounts of work and effort put into them before their release and up to this day from myself, my former fellow Server Owners and the staff teams. You seem to be acting as though I did not have to present an idea to the community with a fully functioning server and as though I didn't have to do anything in order to convince the Community Team to make these servers happen and get them running as they are, which is simply wrong.
Especially with Deathrun, you claim that I am ruining a legacy, despite the fact that I can make no decisions for the server as a Server Developer, my job there is merely to come up with ideas, talk to Annie about them, and then make them when / if Annie agrees with them. I am not actually allowed to put things onto Deathrun without running them by Annie first (aside from important bug fixes).
Whilst Para and Morgan may have had their ups and downs, if you also look at it from a pure standpoint of what they did for the community, they did do a lot.

I ask that you please stick to your point as to why this makes me a poor candidate for SSRP Head Admin, as your arguments are going off on a tangent and making attacks on people and trying to lessen work put in by various people. None of the arguments you have written in your most recent reply, as quoted above, actually relate to me as an SSRP Lead Team member or how I will do as an SSRP Head Admin.

All of the servers I have responsibility for the ranking / development of (Prophunt, Murder, Deathrun) are going up in ranking, and are at the highest rankings they have been in the past month, whilst still going up at a relatively good rate.
