Just because they have good rankings doesn't mean they are good servers. I think staff members should be limited to three servers ensuring that they get a good amount of time over the weeks.

That would not be a good idea, as clearly people with far more than three servers (myself, Para, Morgan) have done a good job across those servers. The idea of a server is to get it to a high ranking, as that means it has the playerbase we want from it, so when it has a high ranking, that means it is successful and I am doing what I am supposed to be doing correctly. The argument that "Just because they have good rankings doesn't mean they are good servers" does not make any sense, because it actually does. You can't get a good playebase on a bad server.
