Kyle I have had time around you as a friend a while back and you know the rules quite well and was even able to make other staff understand what you were doing was fine. The only issue I can see is the way you come across to everyone. You may either seem immature or sometimes disrespectful when talking to others. However I think that if you try to calm down and make sure you have no recents I am sure you will be just fine.
