Spoder is a good staff member and a great guy. I'm unsure if he's ready (though I'll leave that to the current HA's and higher) but he's most definitely getting this rank in the near-future. Don't expect this to be handed to you on a plate - you'll have to work for it, although I'm sure you'll manage that.
