Hello Blankmist,
Thanks for taking the time out of your day to appeal this punishment. After talking to Kyber and a few other staff members i have decided to deny this appeal for the following reasons. First of all ,kill on sights made by detectives for things like the health station are only meant to be for detectives themselves and only if a detective makes a follow up kill on sight on a player that used the health station without permission innocents are then allowed to kill the player. Another reason why this was denied, is because you don't seem to have put enough effort and apology into your appeal and a lot of staff members are saying that at the start of the rounds you call false kill on sights for example "Player X is the traitor but don't kill him." which ends up getting people confused and in turn more random death match on the server.
