Skeleton has done nothing wrong here. You were rulebreaking in both of these situations, and he claims to have told you multiple times to stop prior and you did not, so you were slain, and in regards to the Steam name, the Steam names are still displayed ingame on the TAB menu and for arrests. I personally wouldn't punish for a Steam name, as you could argue that it isn't punishable due to no explicit rule about it, however you can also argue that it is a rulebreak, due to the fact that the rules state that "any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited", and your steam name is still a medium of showing discrimination. You were asked to change it first multiple times by csont, and you didn't, therefore he kicked you. He has done nothing wrong except enforce the rules, so no action will be taken against him.
