If he has nothing to improve on why hasn't he been accepted.... there is clearly something missing here

If the only thing he is missing is standing out from all the other mods (at least from my opinion) not a lot of people will know that and point it out so he can improve , so I'm pointing out the fact that you don't stand out enough TooSlow4U and you need to improve on that. Other than that you are a perfect candidate. Good luck! :plussp:

Thanks for you advice Nickolas! The only thing is, I don't know how to improve that! If you can give me examples when I stand out that would be nice! Thanks again!

There isn't one single thing you can do to improve on "standing out" but a lot of small little things that make it up, for example being willing to help out the server at any time is something that i think you already have. Talking to the Lead Team in team speak helps you stand out to them. One last thing is that , for example when i was a trouble in terrorist town administrator(before i got super admin) i had gained so much respect that staff members would ask me questions instead of the lead team because of how much trust i had gained in them.
