If he has nothing to improve on why hasn't he been accepted.... there is clearly something missing here

If the only thing he is missing is standing out from all the other mods (at least from my opinion) not a lot of people will know that and point it out so he can improve , so I'm pointing out the fact that you don't stand out enough TooSlow4U and you need to improve on that.
