As I said in our game. We try our best to keep the servers free from cheaters. This is not always easy as we have limited staff on prop hunt. I did suggest to you to apply for staff so that you can monitor your own games whilst you are online. This way you would not need to keep making videos and screenshots, as you could be dealing with the problem first hand.
As of the ban system, this is the best possible and fairest way to do it. most of the time ghosters don't even realise it is cheating, once they are told they never do it again. Banning only happens when a person has offended enough to warrant a ban. You can't ban people for ghosting once. Each ban is decided by the offence, and repeated offences make a ban longer. If you were staff you could handle this yourself and lengthen a ban if they repeat an offence.
I see you on the server all the time, and your help would be very gratefully received. If you don't want to be staff then you will just have to keep doing what you are doing. Get on the teamspeak, there is always someone there to help.
I don't know what else I can do at this stage. It's up to you.
