Story/Situation - What happened? I saw Gurnie Sanders kill somebody so I waited and when he ID'ed the body it was an innocent, therefore I killed Gurnie, as by following all the rules, that would be allowed, he killed an innocent player. I was then warned for RDM.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? He claimed that he killed an innocent because they killed an AFK player so he had a reason to kill him, but I also had a reason to kill Gurnie as he killed an innocent without KOS'ing them or giving any warning, I just saw him kill the the innocent. This wouldn't have happened if the original player didn't break rules by killing an AFK and therefore I think it should be him that is reported and not me, I followed every rule on the server and just because someone else didn't, shouldn't mean I get punished. The problem is, and why I am making this appeal, I think it is unfair because obviously I am applying for moderator and I don't want recent punishments to affect my application, especially when I feel it was a false punishment.

I have no evidence but if you check the logs you will see that Gurnie did indeed kill somebody and then after he ID'ed the body as innocent, I killed him. I didn't join a gunfight, I didn't RDM, I would just like to have it explained to me what I did wrong and how I can do better in the future? Round 172
