Anyways, after looking at the messages, from what I can tell Xeronise looked at the appeal and figured that as far as the FailRP bit goes, Jalu did nothing wrong. Therefore the punishment that lead to his ban is invalid as no rules were broken - of course, if FailRP is against the rules (someone will have to clarify that for me, as I'm unsure), then Xeronise made a mistake. But nothing demote-worthy. He didn't help his "friend", he simply figured that because he didn't break any rules leading up to his ban he deserved another shot. If Jalu would have broken any other rule he would still have been banned.
