Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: You could use the ban command on people that mass rdms (3 or more people) and leaves without receives their punishment. You could also use the ban command when someone is hacking on the server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would respond: Hi, I see you are sorry and you put a lot of detail and effort into the ban appeal. However cheating is not allowed on this server, seeing as this is your first ban I will reduce your ban length but if you come back and cheat again it will be permenant.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I was a very active member of staff and i took my role very seriously as well as having fun. I was usually on most days for about 3-4 hours depending what i have that day. I am not biased towards people. With becoming admin this would give me more tools to clean up the rdmers and rule breakers who come on the server. I am also mature when i need to be in serious situations such as when handling reports and dealing with players. I am also fun to be round and easy to approach. I used to like being staff and i hope that i can be it again.

I have taken into consideration what you said last week and my activity has improved and not gotten any warns since then.
