Jax broke Staff ethics, which mention that admins shouldn't sit in spectator and view fellow staff members to report back whatever they do back to LT. He admitted to doing this (I've heard from someone) and he gets it over Seargent, who works his ass off to be in the server more than anyone else.

Seargent worked his ass off, and improved tremendously from his mistakes that he did at the start of getting staff. It's incerdible how you, someone of that power, can make bias opinions and comments like that instead of an actual reasonable explanation and judgement. At first, I thought myself that Seargent was a bad candidate, especially because of the few mistakes that he made, and a few other issues I don't want to go into now. But out of all people, he's improved the most and EXTREMELY QUICKLY became no worse than zarps active, good staff lineup (Nigerian, Dodo, Miia, Someone else I know I'm forgetting).I'm INCREDIBLY impressed by how quickly he learnt, and adapted to our (your) team, yet you make up some shit excuse that he doesn't learn as fast.

If you were actually in the server, and actually saw what was happening, maybe you'd give an actual response. Yet me, and many others, who actually worked with him, can tell you the opposite of what you say, which is oddly completely out of nowhere. If you're going to stay neutral, at least don't make up an excuse, instead of giving false feedback that Seargent literally can't work off of.

I personally think Seargent is a MUCH, MUCH MUCH MUCH better candidate than Jax, because with Jax, it happened exactly what I thought was going to happen. I know you guys don't want someone who works hard in the Lead Team, because stuff could actually get done.
