Time doesn't mean experience. It took jax 1 week to get admin , it took seargent 1 month. Call it luck or skill but jax learns faster/better then seargent that's how he got super admin in 3 weeks

Can you tell me 2 things.

How do you even know how much experience a user has when you are barely on?

And what experience does Seargent need?
