Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would give the spammer, 2-3 verbal warnings via text or mic chat to stop what he was doing. If the issue continued I would chat/mic mute the user and give him a warning. If he continued to spam after the mute I would mute him again with a warning also. If this continued I would kick the user. If he rejoined and continued I would contact a higher rank e.g. Admin, SA etc. to ban the user.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would explain to the exploiter what he was doing and how its an exploit and give him a verbal warning. If he continued to do the exploit would warn him for exploiting. If he continued the exploit I would kick the player. If he rejoined and continued to exploit I would contact a higher ranked staff member to ban the player for exploiting.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when you give information on where props are to the other team or vise versa An example of this would be if two people were in opposite teams.
Player A= Props
Player B= Hunters
A player is hiding on a bookshelf as a book. Player A proceeds to tell Player B where he is and what kind of prop he is.
This would result in that player being found easily.
If a user is caught ghosting he will be warned for ghosting.

I am trusted throughout the community holding 2 Lead team positions, teamspeak staff and Deathrun Admin. I am clearly trusted with the powers.

Active
Most of the time I am on the server there are no staff on and I feel I would be able to maintain the server to a high standard and could attract more user by playing in a calm server.

Friendly
I am easy to speak to and get along with so it will be easy for users to get into contact with me with no issues.

Knowledge
I have knowledge about the gamemode, ULX system and how to be a staff member. This will limit the amount of issues around the staff team and the server itself.
