Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: During my first week as moderator I sweat the f1's so much allowing me to gain knowledge swiftly towards the rules of using comands. Since then I have been moderator for a month and have been active every single day. Ever since becoming a moderator I have constantly been seeking oportunities to make more friends on the servers and help them with what troubles they stumble upon. I have
accomplished skills such as confidence towards communication and ability to handle situiations under stress.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): So, the other day I came across someone mass RDM'ing people. I told them I needed to bring them on a roof, they just killed me. I froze them to prevent any further RDM, and brung them onto a roof away from people. After this they kept on suiciding to get out of the freeze and I could do nothing to prevent the constant RDM. Eventually an admin I called appeared and jailed them. Jail is one of the many things that would benefit me more as a staff member.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello, [Player X]. Thank you for your appeal. I could not have a conversation with the staff member who banned you as they have resigned so here is what I think should happen:

Since this is your first ban, you need to understand that prop spamming is a unethical attempt to crash the server. Seen as though you have deeply explained that you are sorry and due to the reason of the staff members retirement, you will be unbanned from the server.

If you make any more attempts at prop spam you will be banned permanently from the server.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I think that I should be promoted because I want to advance in the available commands to help me more on duty. I have been moderator for 1 month now, some people wait only 2 weeks before applying but I played safe and waited a month. I think now I have reached a point of maturity in which I can take on the role of administrator.Yes, I have made mistakes, but what we do as humans is learn from them. I'm not going to hold back my targets because of people targeting me for what I have done.
My game time at this point in time is very active. I play around 3 hours per day (school days) Or 5-6 (weekends/break) And I would love to continue playing these times. There is always that one point in the day where there is 12 unhanded because everyone is either at work or at school, but I play as soon as I come back from school.

[spoiler][color=#ff0000]The first step to achieving the role of moderator is to know the rules. This is the most important rules because if you don't know the rules then becoming a staff memeber is either impossible or extremely hard. You're just making your job harder if you lie about your knowledge.

You also need to have a good reputation as the staff will decide on your promotion. You need to have little or no recent punishments.[/color]

Next you need to know the commands in order to [color=#00ff00]punish[/color],[color=#00ff00] travel[/color] and[color=#00ff00] assist[/color], and they are as follows:

[color=#00bbff][b]/goto [STEAMID][/b][/color] - This is your main command for getting to your targest around the map. [color=#ff4400]You should always goto a person before bringing them.[/color]

[color=#00bbff][b]/bring [STEAMID][/b][/color] - This command allows you to bring a certain player. This player will need to be bought if stuck or needed for a sit. You only use this command after speaking to the player first because they may be role playing, afk or talking to someone.

[color=#00bbff][b]/tp [STEAMID][/b][/color] - /tp has the same mechanics as /bring, but during your training you will be asked to bind a key to tp'ing your steam ID. This allows you to teleport to your cross hair and makes it easier to catch up with someone you need or want for their f1.

[color=#00bbff][b]/back [STEAMID][/b][/color] - This command sends back a player to their last telepoted location. This is mostly used after a sit.

[color=#00bbff][b]/backspawn [STEAMID][/b][/color] - This command is used to send a player back to spawn. This might come in use if a player is stuck in the void. Or if a player has been teleport-ed more than once and sending them back wont take them where they want to go.

[center][b]Another way of using the commands are via the tab menu. These are the options of punishment you can use:[/b][/center]

[b][color=#ff0000]Warn[/color][/b] - This is the most commonly used command you will have as your time as a moderator. This is your main punishment for RDM, NLR, CDM and many more. This will go on their rap-sheet and if someone has 3 recent warns they will be kicked from the server.

[b][color=#ff0000]Freeze[/color][/b] - Used only is necessary, for example if someone keeps killing you when your trying to talk to them about a sit, or avoiding the sit by running awway. Can be used as a punishment but only rarely used. Most commonly used to stop mass rdmers.[i] Also can be used via the command /freeze [STEAMID]. [/i]
Slay - This is used very rarely, and a more inapropriate way to punish someone. This can also be used using the command /slay [STEAMID]

[b][color=#ff0000]Mute globally [/color][/b]- This is an aka for muting them in voice chat. You may use this if someone is being continuously racist or disrespecting you as a staff member and/or someone else. This can also be used by using /mute [STEAMID].

[b][color=#ff0000]Mute chat[/color][/b] - This can be used to stop someone from spamming in the chat. But apart from this is used to the same extent as mute globally.

[left][center][color=#ff8800][b][u]Rapsheet:[/u][/b][/color][/center][/left] The rapsheet is a series of logs in which punishments are kept. You will need to look at someones rapsheet to identify whether they have any recent punishments, or to see if they've been punished for it before. Rapsheet can be obtained using the key f6.

[color=#ff00ff][b]F1 system:[/color][/b] (logging)[/color] The f1 system is used to identify a log in which someone was killed, arested, whether they join or leave, change name, gains a hit, places a warrant, if they change jobs, the list goes on. This can be identified by pressing on "logging" The important thing to know is that this is the place to come if your tracking down someone or something to help with a sit.This also comes with their steam id's which is very important to copy.

[b][color=#ff00ff]F1 system: (admin requests)[/color][/b] Another big thing to know about the f1 tab is the admin requests. This is the only area where you will receive requests by users explaining their need for assistance.You can either handle the f1, discard it, or copy it. You never discard an f1 unless it's unworthy of handling. For example "Peanuts". Then you may discard it. What you want to do is handle it, straight after, you tp to them and say [color=#0000ff]"Hello there I am here for your f1"[/color] For then you can tp them to a roof and create a sit.

[color=#00ff00]Admin chat:[/color] Admin chat is used only for admins and has the role of admins communicating without the disruption of users. Admin chat should never be used for RP purposes. You can gain accses to the admin chat by either typing "///" or "@".
